It’s silent for several minutes as Chambers contemplates. He can see the desperation in McNally's eyes, a plea for things to remain as they are.

Chambers looks over at Caine. Her eyes tell him a different story. She respects him as a man, but despises his cowardice as a leader. She wants him to make the right decision and not worry about media backlash or public approval or quarterly earnings. She wants him, for once in his tenure as CEO, to stop trying to make other people happy. 

But that's the one thing Gordon Chambers always understood about being a leader and making decisions.

Someone's always going to be unhappy.


CHAMBERS
Jerrod, I want Falcon to contact me right away. When the tryouts are over, I want the names of the finalists on my desk before my interview with BCN.

Caine can't believe.

CAINE
