Suddenly, a vocal
hum rises up near Slater. The competitors can hear it, too. They all look around searching for the sound. Stacy Bowman folds her arms, unimpressed.
A mixture of shock and fear overwhelms Dale Hunt. He recognizes the voices. They sound just like his daughter.
On the platform, a light flickers over Slater's right shoulder just as the rising voices reach their crescendo. A moment after and a small portal flashes into view, illuminating in solid orange.
In the Command Room, Lau leaps out of his seat, enraged. Dr. Caine can't believe her eyes.
A camera zooms in on Falcon's reaction. He whispers.

You hear something?
JASON
Yeah, like somebody's singing.
